Mumbai, February 2, 2023:

Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited (MEML) has been merged into Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (M&M). The merger, which was approved by the NCLT in January 2023, aims to synergize electric vehicle development, manufacturing, and sales operations under the parent company.

The Last Mile Mobility division of M&M led by its CEO Suman Mishra will now be responsible for the company's mix of traditional and electric last-mile mobility vehicles, including the Mahindra Jeeto 4-wheeler, Alfa range of 3-wheelers, Zor Grand electric, and the Treo electric range.
